| When we install BOV's we eliminate the stock recirculating valves and the ecu does not know how to compensate for the change. A standalone can compensate for the lack of air between shifts so long as the tuner knows what he is doing. AFC2 guys can compensate for the problem as well. He was running so rich between shifts that his car would stall so he tried the link above and now the truck runs very well.
